  Meter Size Changes: Size increases - Difference between fees for the two sizes involved based on fees at the time of the
  change in size.  Size decrease and permanent removal - No Refund.        
                 
  Note: District retains ownership of all materials.  District is responsible for repairs from the main up to and including the meter only. 
   It is the property owner’s responsibility to connect to District meter at the shut-off valve.
