Annual rate adjustments went into effect in April - While most customers stay on the same rate year after year, PID does base its rates on your previous water usage, and conservative customers can often benefit from a lower rate. In order to qualify for the lower "A" rate charged at $41.20 bi-monthly compared to "B" rate at $54.52 bi-monthly, you must use less than 85 units of water in a 12 month period. We assess each account every April and adjust the service rates accordingly. If you are currently on the "B" rate in error, please contact us.
The bill estimator is useful for figuring how much you water bill may be based on known facts about your current rate and water usage. PID bills in units of 100 cubic feet (ccf). 1 ccf = 748 Gallons.  How to read your meter
