Customer Service is a high priority at PID.  We are after all, YOUR water district. Our Customer Service Representatives will happily serve you to the best of their efforts.  

 

Payments

For your convenience, payments for service can be made at our office, either at the front desk, or one of two drop off boxes located outside, or via US Postal Services.  Customers may also pay online by credit card or electronic check by using the services offered by officialpayments.com. Official Payments Corp. charges a $4.95 fee for this service.

As of January 2007 customers have to option of paying by phone via check draft by calling our office at 877-4971. There is a $3.00 fee for this service.

In case of Emergency, we have standby personnel on duty 24 hours a day.   They can be reached by phoning the district office.  A voice mail system will prompt you for information regarding the emergency.  Stand-by personnel will be contacted immediately.   (530) 877-4971

Our office is open to walk-in customers from 9am - 4 pm Monday - Friday.
