The Home Water Audit

The Paradise Irrigation District
would like to help you in conserving water and lowering your water bill.
They have developed a home water
audit program to determine if you have plumbing fixtures and/or leaking
pipes that use an excessive amount of water.
This new program will only take
about an hour of your time and could benefit you greatly in the future.
This home water audit involves some
of the following:
· Review your current
water usage
· Testing toilets and
other plumbing fixtures
· Check your water meter
to determine if there are any leaks and
· Completion of a survey
to determine a reasonable water use for your household
This water audit can also help you
save energy and lower your gas bill since heating water is one of the
largest uses of natural gas in a home.
