Bille Road Phase II Water Main Replacement Project.  The project shall consist of the installation of 1,376 feet, more or less, of 12-inch C-900 PVC pipe on Bille Road, beginning approximately 250 feet west of Skyway and proceeding westerly along Bille Road.

Skyway Phase II Water Main Replacement Project.  The project shall consist of the installation of 1,438 feet, more or less, of 12-inch C-900 PVC pipe on Skyway, beginning approximately 100 feet south of Oakwood Lane and proceeding southerly along Skyway to the vicinity of Jewell Road.
