User Agreement and PID Privacy of Personal Information Statement
Customer acknowledges that use of the online payment system requires that he or she provide personal information, including information needed to properly identify the Customer, Customer's bank account, credit and debit cards, as applicable, and other information reasonably necessary to process Customer's online payment. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Paradise Irrigation District may provide personal information to third party vendors when use of that information is necessary for the vendors to process Customer's online payment.

Other than legitimate use to process Customer's online payments, Paradise Irrigation District will not sell or otherwise make available Customer's personal information to any third party unless required by law or if Customer has given consent.

By submitting this online form the Customer is agreeing to allow Paradise Irrigation District to issue a bank draft on his or her behalf. The banking information entered must originate from a personal or business checking account only. Customer acknowledges that if the bank draft is returned to us for any reason, including an error in Routing and Banking account numbers provided by you, PID will charge a $25.00 returned check fee. Your financial Institution may also charge a fee. Customer acknowledges that online payment will not necessarily avoid discontinuance of water due to non-payment.
